Terms and Conditions

All terms quoted are per week and are inclusive of bed linen but not heating costs.

Provisional bookings may be made by telephone, fax or email which must be followed by confirmation in writing and deposit received within 5 working days.

The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday

If you cancel in writing more than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday, then 75% of your deposit will be refunded With less than 6 weeks, any refund is subject to the Hafan Bach being re-let for the same period

Hafan Bach will be available for you from 15.00h on the agreed date. It must be vacated by 11.00h on the agreed date

The sleeping accommodation of 2 persons and one child must not be exceeded.

The owner of the Hafan Bach accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle or personal belongings

Pets are not permitted. Smoking in the Hafan Bach is not permitted under any circumstances.

Visitors are asked to make good any losses due to damage and to leave the Hafan Bach in a clean and tidy condition.

A deposit of £25.00 is required to cover possible breakages or shortages. This will be refunded by post within 7 days of departure provided there are no breakages or shortages to the property or contents.

Payment of a deposit is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
