Providing privacy and seclusion. Access to the grounds is via a five bar gate to the apartment's front door. There is ample parking space for guests who are able to come and go as they please at any time.

This is a cosy self-catering holiday cottage to let in Carmarthenshire West Wales

The front door leads into the kitchen. The kitchen has sink, gas cooker, fridge, table and chairs, etc.

Upstairs and beneath the pitched roof, there is comfortable living accommodation including relaxing sofa and double bed and a Sky TV package. The dormer window looks out over the garden to the wooded valley. The WC and shower is en-suite.

 All necessary utensils and crockery are provided. We also supply bed linen but not towels.

The apartment is ideal for a couple although a small child could also be accommodated if necessary. We regret that pets are not permitted. Electricity is paid for as required with a slot meter at normal rates.

Guests are welcome to make use of the the garden for barbecues or sitting, relaxing and watching the abundant bird life - or just listening to the sound of the river flowing close by!.

A telephone, bath and washing machine are available in the main house should they be required.

The village has a Spar shop, Chemist and Post Office. There are two Pubs in the village where you can either eat in or obtain 'take-away' meals. Welsh is widely spoken here.

A car is a definite advantage for this holiday cottage Wales, although a bus service is routed through the village. Regular services are available from Drefach Felindre to Carmarthen and Cardigan.

The cooker runs on bottled gas but everything else uses electricity. There are electric radiators in the kitchen and also upstairs so it is very warm and cosy.
